Assist Database Developer with changes/modifications to Portfol Software. The developer is still waiting on a task that will not require an advance level of skill so that I can perform the changes myself.
Meet with Supervisor on Wednesday to discuss progress
Start researching current procedures involving Operation Controls. (Note any Best Practice Opportunities)
Review Quarterly Financial Statement (Check for error and develop a comparison chart for 2014 and 2015 up to current Quarter.)
Current Week Accomplishments:
Completed 15 hours of work
Completed Network Controls and Access Controls section of IT policy section. Met with supervisor to discuss changes and updates that need to be made to the documented sections.
Helped database developer add a interactive calendar to the Portfol Software.
Next Week Objectives:
No current objectives for next week. Supervisor is on vacation, will be back Wednesday. Week was cut short due to the Pope arriving.
